I have found all of the professional and admin support staff at this medical centre, which includes Dentist, GP and Skin Clinic, and Pathology, to be very knowledgeable and capable, highly ethical, and also very personable and pleasant to be with.

Wanted to personally thank the management and specifically Claire at the front of house and first point of contact for the GP practice for the exceptional customer service and communications I reliably receive.Been coming to the GP practice in Iluka since its inception and having had two previous bad experiences at other local practices. Iluka Medical centre and Claire has never failed us and always delivered on all levels every time.Sometimes you attend doctors practices and it’s never when you’re happy, healthy and fighting fit. You can be made to feel unwelcome and an inconvenience and zero care factor!Iluka Medical Practice and Claire always meet and exceed all expectations and set the standards for every other practice and would highly recommend them.Thanks Mark M

The staff are always and professional. I have been attending this practice for nearly three years and have never had any issues. The doctor I see is motivated to assisting me with all my ailments and gives great advice when needed.Thank you Iluka Medical Centre for all you do for myself and my boys.

My recent visit to Iluka Medical Centre was disappointing. Despite being the only patient, I had to wait 15 minutes before being informed that the doctor wasn't even present and would be an additional 20 minutes late. They didn't ask for my name or the reason for my visit when I arrived. Frustrated by the lack of organisation and respect for my time, I chose to leave. Improvement is needed to provide a more efficient and patient-centered experience.

Took my son when they first opened and the level of care and service was astounding. I then recommended Dr Saweela to a friend who has a complicated autoimmune condition, All the Drs at the practice have gone the extra mile to assist and monitor her careThis practice is excellent and is a return to caring and involved medical professionals. Sadly not seen in the new ‘Super surgeries

The nurses at Iluka Medical and Skin Cancer Clinic were kind, attentive, and provided excellent care.

Dr Moeen Ahmed is one of the best medicos I’ve had in my lifetime (now 63 years). He is empathetic but straightforward. He takes time to talk through any issues that arise in detail as well as answering any questions. He is thorough and highly knowledgeable. If he is unsure on any matter he refers on to specialists. A superb medical doctor.

Dr Law is amazing, he saw my daughter and was so helpful and explained things so well. Never felt rushed at all. And made my daughter feel comfortable. Thankyou

Mixed feelings with this place. They were on time so that's a plus. Older receptionist was very helpful.However doctor Arora seemed quite disinterested in running through my symptoms and keen to get me out of the door in under 4 minutes. The script was only for one week and the chemist said really need 2 weeks or at least an option for a repeat.I guess this place just wants more consults and revenue so they intentionally go light on the scripts.Younger receptionist didn't want to explain how to claim Medicare rebate - I haven't used a doctor for 20 years so I didn't know how it all worked these days.Customer service 101 at least pretend to helpful.

Great doctor surgery from arriving to friendly helpful staff to the Drs. I've seen a few over the years here, and they have all been very nice, Dr Sarwar is always helpful and takes time to explain issues, and is happy to refer onto specialist after exploring different options.
